Terms

The service

These terms apply to Crazy Frog AI at crazyfrogvideo.com. By using the studio or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. Questions can be sent through our support form.

Crazy Frog AI is an independent AI video tool for creating a personalized chase. It is not affiliated with Crazy Frog or its creators. The source animation shown on this site is a motion reference, not a sample generated by this service.

Your account and photos

You must be at least 18 to use the service. Keep access to your sign-in email and Google account secure. Upload only images you are allowed to use, with the permission of every person shown. Do not upload public figures, non-consensual images or unlawful content, or use results for deceptive impersonation, harassment or abuse. You are responsible for the rights needed to upload, generate and share your content.

You retain your rights in your uploaded content. You authorize us and our service providers to process it to perform your requests, store and deliver results, and provide support. When you upload one photo, the second character uses our default reference. Upload a second photo to replace that default.

What generation delivers

The current studio requests a 14-second, 480p video using your character references and the original chase background. Alternate and custom backgrounds are not currently available. AI output may contain incomplete character replacement, visual artifacts or differences in identity, anatomy and motion. Exact likeness, frame-by-frame scene preservation and a particular creative outcome are not guaranteed. Review your result before sharing it.

The finished video downloads as a 16:9 landscape MP4 with the reference soundtrack. Preparing or repeating that download does not incur another generation charge. You must have any rights needed for your intended use of the result, including its soundtrack; using this service does not itself grant rights in third-party material.

Purchases and credits

Video packages are one-time purchases in USD, with no subscription: 1 video credit for $9.99, 3 for $19.99, or 10 for $59.99. Review the total shown at checkout before paying. Credits are added after verified payment. Unused video credits do not expire.

A generation reserves one credit. It is spent after the finished file has been saved for delivery. A confirmed failure or generation timeout returns the reserved credit automatically. A completed generation can consume a credit even if its creative quality does not meet your expectations; contact support for review. Cash refund requests are reviewed individually under our refund policy.

Availability and files

Generation depends on third-party services and may be delayed or unavailable. Download your results within 30 days; uploaded photos and generated files expire and are scheduled for deletion as described in our privacy policy. Downloading a file does not extend its storage period. We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens service security.

Questions and changes

Contact support about billing, results or access problems. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If we update the terms, the revised page will show its update date; purchase-specific questions can be raised with support.
