One credit, one video

A generation reserves one video credit. It is spent only after the finished video has been saved for delivery. Confirmed failures or the 30-minute generation timeout return the reserved credit automatically. Repeated requests with the same request key do not spend additional credits. Returning a video credit is not a cash refund to your card.

Purchases

Packages cost USD $9.99 for 1 video credit, $19.99 for 3, or $59.99 for 10. These are one-time purchases with no subscription. Unused video credits do not expire. Credits become available after payment verification.

Downloads and quality

Downloading your finished video (16:9 MP4 with the reference sound) does not use another video credit. A failed or cancelled download can be retried without regenerating while the result remains available. Files expire after 30 days, so save a copy promptly.

AI results can include incomplete character replacement or visual artifacts. A completed generation is not automatically refunded because of a quality concern. Send its task identifier and a description of the issue to support so we can review what happened.

Requesting a cash refund

All cash refund requests are reviewed individually. To request a review, use the support form, select Refund, and provide your account email, order identifier and reason. You can request a review for unused credits, duplicate or incorrect charges, or a problem with the service. Do not include card numbers or security codes.

We consider the payment record, credits already used and the reported issue. A request does not guarantee approval. There is no additional promised approval or processing deadline under this policy. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Approved refunds

Approved cash refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. The time until funds appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. Refunded purchases remove the corresponding video credits; partial refunds remove a proportional number of credits, rounded up. If those credits have already been spent, your balance can become negative and prevent further generation until sufficient credits are available. Check your account after processing and contact support if it appears incorrect.
