About this service

This policy describes how Crazy Frog AI handles information when you use crazyfrogvideo.com. For privacy questions or requests, use our support form and select Privacy.

Information we use

We use your email address, account name and Google profile information supplied during sign-in to manage your account. We store uploaded photos, generation requests, generated videos, order and credit records, and messages you send to support. Session information, request identifiers and limited technical records help secure the service, prevent abuse and investigate errors.

Browser storage and uploads

Your studio draft, selected photos and preferences can be saved in this browser so you can continue after sign-in or checkout. Clear this site’s browser storage to remove a local draft. Photos selected in the studio are uploaded when you submit a generation. Removing a local selection does not delete a photo that was already uploaded. We use session cookies and browser storage for account access and these product features. To understand which channels bring visitors, we also store in your browser the referring website (domain and page, without query details), campaign parameters (such as utm_source) and the first page you visited, and save them to your account when you sign up. We do not use advertising cookies.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, referring websites, device and approximate location, clicks and scrolling, and Clarity session replays. These tools set analytics cookies. Advertising and ad-personalization features are turned off. Clarity masks typed text by default, and we additionally mask the studio, account, admin and contact pages so uploaded photos, email addresses and messages are not recorded.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (identified by browser time zone) are asked first, and these tools load only after they accept. Anyone can change the choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Data is processed by Google and Microsoft under their policies: Google privacy and Microsoft privacy. Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures page performance without cookies.

Generation and service providers

Submitted photos and the reference video are made available to WaveSpeedAI to generate your video using MiniMax H3 video-edit. If you supply one photo, we supply a default supporting-character reference; if you supply two, your second photo is used instead. Generation requires sending these references to the provider.

Cloudflare hosts the application, account data and private media. Google handles Google sign-in. Stripe processes payments; our application does not receive full card details. Resend processes email addresses and message content for sign-in codes, receipts, video-ready messages and support notifications. These services may process information in countries other than your own.

Provider processing and retention are also governed by their policies: WaveSpeedAI privacy, WaveSpeedAI retention, Cloudflare, Google, Stripe, and Resend. Our file deletion schedule does not control copies held by these providers.

Access and retention

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored privately. Account access is required to view your files; time-limited links let the generation provider retrieve references for an active task. Uploaded files expire 30 days after upload, and generated videos expire 30 days after they are saved. Expired files become unavailable and are scheduled for deletion. Download videos you want to keep. Files needed by an active generation are retained until that task ends.

The 30-day period applies to media, not to all account information. Account, order, credit, security and support records may remain as needed to operate the account, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

Use the support form to request access, correction, account deletion or early removal of uploaded files and results. Contact us from your account email and include the relevant task or order identifier; do not send card details or passwords. We may verify account ownership before acting. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained. Only upload photos of consenting adults you are authorized to represent.
